The CMCP530 is \ncompatible with all 100mV\/g output accelerometers, and provides a 4-20 \nmA output proportional to the overall measurement. Each unit provides \nconstant current power for the accelerometer, checks for faults, \nprocesses the vibration signal to determine overall amplitude, and \noutputs a 4-20 mA dc current that is proportional to a user selectable \nrange of 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0 and 2.5 in\/sec (metric equivalent of 12.7, \n25.4, 38.1, 50.8 and 63.5 mm\/sec) with a 100 mv\/g Input. Combining \ntransmitters with an existing PLC or DCS system results in a high \ndensity, low cost vibration monitoring system.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cdiv style=\"text-align: justify;\"\u003e\n\u003c\/div\u003e\u003cdiv\u003eThe Optional Alarm Module provides ok, \nalert and danger relays, selectable time delay, trip multiply, bypass \nand 0 to 5 VDC outputs for displays. If a fault occurs, the output current is reduced to \u0026lt;2 mA to indicate the fault to the readout system. These filters are modular and can be installed by the factory or in the field. Each module attenuates out-of-band signals at a rate of approximately 24 dB\/octave. Corner frequencies from 2 Hz to 20 kHz may be specified. Filter modules may be cascaded to form higher order filters or to create a band-pass response.
