They may be mounted directly to the side of radial bearings using two (2) 1\/4\"-28 Cap Screws. The brackets are 1\/2\" High x 1\" Wide x 1\" Deep (12.7 x 25.4 x 25.4 mm). The eddy probe mounting hole is offset 3\/4\" or 1\/4\" (19.05 or 6.35 mm) depending on the mounting direction of the block relative to the bearing. Tightening the mounting bolts applies a positive lock to the eddy probe preventing movement of the probe after mounting. These mounting blocks are available for 1\/4\"-28 UNF, 3\/8\"-24 UNF probe body threads.
