SURETHERM 10X
The SURETHERM 10X is the portable all-round model in TM Induction Heating’s professional SURETHERM series, built for controlled heating of bearings, gearwheels, and other ring-shaped components. It combines a compact footprint with higher capacity, delivering reliable, tension-free heating for parts up to 50 kg and larger diameters than the entry-level model.
Key functions include dual-sensor heating for tension-free operation and ramp mode for precise thermal control. The industrial touchscreen makes setup fast and clear, with real-time monitoring and cycle graph display. Heating cycle data can be exported via USB, and firmware updates are supported across the product’s life cycle.
Designed for service and maintenance work, the SURETHERM 10X is easy to move and quick to deploy. Pivoting yokes support safer loading and positioning, and optional transport accessories help you use it efficiently across different work areas without compromising repeatability.
The following yokes are included with SURETHERM 10X:
10 x 10, 14 x 14, 25 x 24, 40 x 38. Additional yoke sizes are listed in our Datasheet. Two magnetic temperature sensors with a length of 500 mm are included as well.
