The SURETHERM 20X is the workshop workhorse in TM Induction Heating’s professional SURETHERM series, built for controlled heating of bearings, couplings, and other ring-shaped components. It offers a larger operation area and higher capacity, providing reliable, tension-free heating for parts up to 100 kg in daily workshop use.
Key functions include dual-sensor operation and ramp mode, enabling accurate control of heating processes to protect metallurgical structure. The industrial touchscreen interface supports fast setup, real-time monitoring, and heating graph display. All cycle data can be exported via USB, with firmware updates supported throughout the product’s life cycle.
Designed for production and maintenance environments, the SURETHERM 20X focuses on ergonomics and repeatability. Pivoting yokes reduce handling effort, and the stable layout supports consistent results when you need controlled heating across a wide range of medium-sized components.
