EASYTHERM 15
The Easytherm 15 is the heavy workshop model in TM Induction Heating’s Easytherm series, built for controlled heating during installation of larger bearings and other parts. It is designed for higher loads and larger diameters, supporting workpieces up to 150 kg with a maximum outer diameter of 490 mm.
Key functions include Temperature Mode with sensor control from 0°C to 240°C, plus Time Mode for repeatable cycles in production environments. Standard Auto Demagnetizing and Temperature Hold support a clean finish and stable temperature control when you need extra time for mounting.
Designed for demanding maintenance and production use, the Easytherm 15 stays robust, powerful, and easy to operate. It remains maintenance-free while staying suitable for sealed and shielded bearings, pre-greased bearings, and bearings with polyamide cages, so it fits a broad range of bearing applications at higher capacity.
The following yokes are included with Easytherm 15:
40 x 38, 70 x 70. Additional yoke sizes are listed in our Datasheet. A magnetic temperature sensor with a length of 1000 mm is included as well.
