EASYTHERM 2
The Easytherm 2 is the portable service model in TM Induction Heating’s Easytherm series, built for fast and controlled heating during bearing installation. It offers more capacity in a still compact format, supporting workpieces up to 40 kg with a maximum outer diameter of 290 mm, making it a flexible choice for maintenance teams and workshop use.
Key functions are built around easy handling and consistent results. Temperature Mode runs from 0°C to 240°C using a sensor on the workpiece, so you can heat bearings before mounting with clear process control. Auto Demagnetizing and Temperature Hold are standard, helping you finish the cycle cleanly and keep the bearing at target temperature when needed.
Designed for moving between jobs, the Easytherm 2 stays practical on the work floor. A carrying case is available as an option, and the unit remains maintenance-free while staying suitable for sealed, shielded, and pre-greased bearings, including bearings with polyamide cages.
The following yokes are included with Easytherm 2:
14 x 14, 25 x 24, 40 x 38. Additional yoke sizes are listed in our Datasheet. A magnetic temperature sensor with a length of 500 mm is included as well.
